Winter Quarter 2009 Dates & Deadlines for Registration, Withdrawals, Fees and Refunds Early Registration October 20 - November 23 Freshman Orientation/Registration n/a Bills available online late November Payments Due December 22 Open Web Registration        Registration and add/drops November 24 - January 11      Drop only January 12 - 19      Withdraw only Important Notice Regarding Withdrawals and Financial Aid Students who completely withdraw from classes (through successive dropping of courses until they are no longer registered or in a complete withdrawal from all courses at once) are subject to the Return of Title IV refund calculation as dictated by federal regulations.  Prior to withdrawing from one or more classes, click here for information provided by Student Financial Aid.
