Effective with the pay periods beginning October 1, 2002, the following Parking Procedures are to be followed by all staff members paid by Clermont College (full-time, part-time, UC Foundation and temporary agency) and by staff members of other auxiliary units operating on the Clermont campus:
1. All staff members are to purchase a parking decal for displaying on the vehicle(s) that they park in any of the lots or parking spaces at the College.
2. This decal can be obtained from the College Cashier's Office and may be paid for by using payroll deduction or cash/check.
Parking Fees are as follows:
Full-time $30/quarter ($10 a month) Full-time staff will be issued a University decal that will be honored at Clermont College, Raymond Walters College, College of Applied Science, and in Lots Zone 3/B (Corey, Sander) at the Clifton campus. This will apply to employees of Clermont College, the UC Foundation and the University Bookstore.
Part-time $15/quarter Part-time staff (primarily faculty) will be issued a "Clermont" decal while they are working at Clermont College.
Temporary Agency $10/month Full-time $5/month Part-time Temporary Agency staff will be charged for parking the same as full and part-time staff, but on a monthly basis while they are working at Clermont College. They will be issued a "Clermont only" decal while working at Clermont College. Departments are not to pay parking fees for Temporary Staff.
Other $30/quarter Food Service, Head Start and other special staff will be charged the full-time rate. They will be issued a "Clermont" decal while they are working at Clermont College.
